Our small, rural school sits in the heart of a thriving village, with the amazing Powderham Castle taking pride of place. There is a lovely family feel here, and our hard working and dedicated staff join together to provide the best possible outcomes for all children who attend our school.  We are aspirational for our pupils, teaching them that the sky’s the limit!

Starcross Primary School is a single form entry school, where we provide education for children from age 2 to 11 years old. We aim to develop children both academically and pastorally; to develop them as kind, resilient, independent citizens and motivated learners who love school and have an appetite for lifelong learning.

With wonderful views across Teignbridge, and plenty of outdoor space for our pupils to enjoy, Teignmouth Primary strives to ensure that every child is happy, secure and enjoys coming to school.
We have recently achieved a “Good” Ofsted report 2022, and are proud to provide excellent teaching, learning and pastoral care across the school.
