To support this terms topic on the Romans, Class 2 enjoyed a day of workshops at the museum in Exeter. They explored Roman artefacts and got to dress up as different members of Roman society. They learnt how to write their names in Latin and had the chance to create a mosaic, which built on their previous learning in Art. Alongside the workshops, they were given a guided tour of the museum, which they all really enjoyed. It was a fabulous day and the children were very excited to share their new learning when they got back to school.
